Hired & Ready sells three things, which you can buy individually or together:

Whether it's The Receptionist or The Quote Assistant, it always identifies itself as an automated assistant — never a person. You can turn it off at any time. It's a tool that works for your business; it doesn't replace your judgment or your relationship with your customers.
If something's not right, tell us and we'll fix it — that's always our first move. If we still haven't made it right within 30 days of your purchase, we'll give you a full refund, including the Website's $499 setup fee. No hoops, no hard feelings.
Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. You can cancel any time — there's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. If you cancel, your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period; outside of Our Guarantee above, we don't do partial refunds for the days already used.
The Website's $499 setup fee is one-time. It's covered under Our Guarantee for your first 30 days; after that window, it's non-refundable since it covers real build time already completed.
We build real, working tools — but we can't promise a specific number of calls, leads, or sales for your business. Results depend on your business, your market, and factors outside our control. We're honest about what the tools do; we won't oversell what they can't.
Don't use Hired & Ready for anything illegal, to impersonate someone else, or in a way that could reasonably harm us, our other customers, or the people who contact your business. We may suspend or cancel service for a clear violation of this, or for non-payment.
You own your business content — your name, your photos, your customer data, the leads your assistant captures. We own the underlying software, templates, and systems that power your website and assistant. If you cancel, you keep your data; you don't keep our underlying platform.
We work hard to keep things running well, but Hired & Ready is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages (like lost profits) arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the issue arose.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and let active customers know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the update.
